It’s been an honor serving our community as Justice of the Peace! Let’s continue our work together - I’d be honored to have your vote on March 3rd.
Patricia Young Baker is The Leader District 10 Can Count On
I’m a small business owner and licensed master social worker. Thank you for your support, as I serve as Justice of the Peace in District 10. Our North Little Rock community deserves an advocate and public servant on the Pulaski County Quorum Court.
Together we’ve improved infrastructure, strengthened county-wide collaboration and transparency, defeated harmful projects, and supported growth. I’ll continue to prioritize District 10’s needs, to make our community stronger.
In 2023, our Justice of the Peace at the time (and my current 2026 challenger) was removed from office after a judge ruled she is ineligible to hold public office in Arkansas. You can read about her disqualification here. It was a sad development for our communities because we have real needs and issues that cannot continue to go unaddressed due to a lack of representation. If my opponent were to win the March 2026 primary, it’s likely her eligibility would be challenged again, possibly leading to a vacancy on the Pulaski County Quorum Court that our Governor would fill.
Patricia Young Baker has been a community leader for years. She has built a successful small business and served our families as an educator and licensed social worker.
Patricia Young Baker knows the issues North Little Rock residents face. She is ready to show up, listen to us, and lead on the Pulaski County Quorum Court.
“Our representation on the Quorum Court is vacant and our needs are going unaddressed. Our communities are disconnected and divided. We can do better. I will serve and listen to your concerns.”
